Roles and Responsibilities:

Hardware & Network Installations: Perform installation, de-installation, relocation, and testing of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, encryptors) and systems within the data center. Ensure that all installations meet the required service-level standards.

• Managing quotation requests, generating quotes in ERP, and forwarding quotes to clients.
• To assign project numbers, view work files, execute orders, and create job numbers.

Key Responsibilities
