Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible in securing and managing security & communications related system projects and third-party product & systems.

• Member of Project team, responsibilities include project planning, co-ordinate, implement and manage security & communications related systems projects;
• Preparation of engineering design and documentation and follow up on quotations;
• Preparation of project submissions, ensure up-to-date documents and final submission of project documentation;
• Review contract scope, requirements and all costing to ensure designed systems meet customer’s requirements;
• Co-ordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule;
• To improve on project profitability;

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF/Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release
• Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
• Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and Communicate technical product status to management
• Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
• Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum one year relevant experience on the Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts on digital , Mixed Signal and RF products
• Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage.
• Good experience with statistics and data mining.
• Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software’s JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.

Ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget.

Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.

Providing assistance to different staff or engineering teams.

Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.

Producing CAD drawings according to specifications.

• Must have 5 years of administration experience of Storage Arrays of multiple vendors like EMC, Hitachi and Netapp
• Must have Administration experience of Different Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Hitachi midrange and enterprise storage (AMS, HUS, VSP & Gx00 etc)
• Experience on AWS Cloud Specific technologies like EC2, S3, Route53, Cloud Formation, Elastic IPs, VPC, RDS and Cloud Watch.
• Configuring Elastic Load Balancers with EC2 Auto Scaling groups.
• Optimized Volumes and EC2 Instances and created multi AZ VPC Instances
• Good Understanding of AWS Elastic Block storage(EBS), various volume types and Utilization of different types of EBS Volumes based on client requirement.
• Storage performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Incident management and change management process knowledge.
• Project handling experience from sizing to roll-out, preferably with project management background
• Strong analytical skill, very initiative, good planning & systematic execution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute testing of SSD on server platforms to validate functionality.
• Perform debug and analysis of failures towards resolution of failures observed.
• Participate in setting up of test environment and servers in preparation for validation.
• Tabulate test results and generate report for continuous firmware health monitoring.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Basic working knowledge with Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience in the setup and/or debug of laptop/desktop/server systems would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Python scripting and/or experience with basic signal/power measurement equipment is preferred.
