1. Administrative Support:

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

-Highly motivated, self-confident, self-starting work ethic with good networking abilities

- Team player who works well in global teams

- Good command of spoken/written English

- Have own car

Responsibilities:

· Design and coordinate assigned Civil and Structural projects.

· Perform structural analysis and design in building or on any structures as required by the project.

· Liaise with clients & consultants to meet C&S requirements.

· Coordinate to ensure civil and structural requirements meet project tender, submission and construction schedule.

Requirements:

· Recognized degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.

· Minimum 3 year of local relevant working experience.

· Conversant with structural programs such as STAAD, TEKLA, ETABS, RAPT would be advantages.

· Ability to work independently.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team in reviewing technical documents and providing feedback.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on customer specifications and drawings.
• Generate quotations and perform follow-up actions to close sales.
• Provide technical and engineering support to sales personnel.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical specifications.
• Offer technical assistance to customer service related to product issues.
• Monitor and update the status of sales quotes and proposals.
• Update and maintain the costing master list.
• Assist in sourcing new materials and suppliers as required.
• Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), and L&E (Labor & Ethics ) procedures.
• Support various sales-related projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Preferably with 2 – 3 years working experience in the printing/label industries an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft office and IT savvy

- Driven with positive mentality, strong initiative and a team player

- Resourceful, meticulous, willing to be hands on

- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and customer service skills

- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

· Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTOResponsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure proper storage on-site.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in construction
• 1 year MRT experience
• Experience with diaphragm walls and bored-piling
• Minimum 2 years' experience in underground/tunneling projects
