As a Technical Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management and maintenance. You will work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained, efficient, and meet regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Property Management:

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

• Works closely with the appointed Consultants and construction team on designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability
• Leads on the design approval from the Authority/Agency including URA,BCA,LTA,PUB etc for the Project works
• Manages design approval process in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with the contractual requirements
