Job Requirements:

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of our IT infrastructure. You will focus on end-user computing, account management, and asset management within our organization. Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365.
• Assist with deployment and migration projects involving Microsoft 365.

End User Computing Support:

• Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows OS and Office applications.

Account Management:
