JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Development Engineer with expertise in Python development and AWS cloud environments. In this role, you will focus on integrating and embedding AI capabilities into our products, as well as developing native AI applications leveraging mature AI technologies. While deep AI expertise is not mandatory, a solid understanding of AI concepts will be advantageous.

The Network Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to network infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. The network engineer is also required to manage change request through changes requests processes including requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, testing to integrate the change to existing environment.

Mission

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project and organization.
• Plan and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation
• Report Quality information and data about Project in line with Corporate Guidelines

Major Duty and Tasks

• Ensure the definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company and External Parties Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments. This involves evaluating the customer's location, infrastructure, and specific requirements to determine the ideal setup and deployment for the robot.
• Responsible for setting up, commissioning the robot on-site and ensuring the robot is ready for operation.
• Perform thorough testing, identify and troubleshoot errors/failures and implement appropriate solutions to resolve the issues promptly.
• Handle repairs and maintenance tasks for the robot. This involves conducting regular maintenance activities as per the SOP/guidelines and addressing any breakdowns or equipment failures.
• Travel to customer sites, both local and international (whenever necessary), to provide on-site support, conduct setup/commissioning, perform maintenance tasks, and resolve technical issues at short notice to provide support or address urgent issues. Additionally, you should be willing to adapt to the customer's work environment and schedule, which may include night shifts and public holidays when necessary.
• Responsible for documenting service and fault reports. This includes accurately recording the details of the service provided, issues encountered, and the actions taken to resolve them. Certification: Training in AVEVA NET administration

• Possess at least 5 years of experience applying AVEVA NET in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas areas or FPSO line(s).
• AVEVA NET/AIM and AVEVA ISM administration and implementation.
• Proficient in exception handling between the AVEVA system with associated Gateways and the Client system
• Extensive knowledge of AVEVA registers gateway interface with Client system.
• Experience in mapping Company data and document structures to Client structures. Have an in-depth understanding of FEED & Detailed Design deliverables, their execution methodology and their interdependencies with one another.
• Have previous experience in engineering information management.
• Possess previous experience with AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration skills on Oil & Gas Projects, specifically for Major Capital Projects.
