• Manage user requests submitted via the ServiceNow Service Catalogue, ensuring timely fulfilment of simple change requests and providing guidance on ServiceNow usage.
• Create and maintain user documentation and detailed work instructions to ensure consistency and clarity in system processes and user activities.
• Perform the monthly exchange rate upload for all operating companies in JD Edwards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the system.
• Conduct analysis and update transaction batch status in JD Edwards to ensure alignment and proper processing of data.
• Monitor incoming e-Bank statements in JD Edwards, identifying and addressing any new or erroneous files to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Manage user access within JD Edwards and other interface systems, providing support to resolve access issues and maintain system security.
• Offer support for other interface systems connected to JD Edwards, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Your Profile

• Strong experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems, particularly within RTR or RP&A modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and an understanding of request fulfilment processes.
• Ability to create clear documentation, including work instructions and user guides.
• Experience working with financial data, including exchange rate management and bank statement reconciliation.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of Access Management and troubleshooting issues related to user permissions and system interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update regional sales pipeline, customer information via company's internal system/database.
• Prepare and update routine as well as sales reports, forecast reports budget, business plans and presentations etc.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collaterals such as company/product catalogues, flyers, email campaigns.
• Responsible for CPQ management from quotation, order, loading to shipment.
• Support in sales and marketing events and materials such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, trade shows, trainings, seminars, conferences and corporate gifts.
• Support research & data analysis on sales, products, competitors, industry trends, and potential markets.
• Answering of phone calls and email inquiries.
• Create and maintain company’s SharePoint/Share folder with the latest information and access control.
• Interface with customers and prospects via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries.
• Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Services, IT and HR & Admin to ensure accomplishment of task assigned.
• Support office administration when required, and act as a back-up team member of Office admin to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
