As a Field Service Engineer, you are accountable for:

• Field Support. To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to SIMPLE. To restore the system to its operational condition. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse the current state of various product runtime environments (production and non-production) to ensure optimum system performance.
