Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive logistical support during the conduct of school camps at the Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC), including but not limited to:

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,You will work closely with the Operations Manager and/ Admin ICT Manager,SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms.

2. Locking all rooms at the end of the day

3. Perform traffic duty at respective school gates as assigned

4. Accompany contractors for maintenance or repair work of equipment and premise.

5. Arrange desks and chairs for school events.

6. Any other duties, include Saturday work, as and when required.

7.Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services,

compilation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;

8.Report building faults to Operations Manager;

9.Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.

Job Requirements:

● must have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.

● should preferably have experience in providing cleaning services.

● should preferably have experience working in customer-service related jobs.

● must be physically able to provide logistics support for school events.

● must know how to use WhatsApp Messenger application or equivalent to take

photos for reporting of building faults.

● Have 6 months of prior experience in operations or job related experience as

mentioned above

Summary:

Back-End - SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Designing database tables

• Creating views, functions and stored procedures

• Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications

• Creating task schedules for use in automation

• Creating SSIS projects for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load),

• Creating reports in SSRS

• Optimize and maintain legacy systems

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge on SQL server 2016 or above

• Hands-On experience on writing stored procedures, performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Familiarity working with .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML

Involves overseeing the technical operations of tanker vessels on tramping trade with Oil majors and oil traders.

This role typically includes ensuring the maintenance, repair, and compliance of tankers with international regulations, managing budgets, coordinating with equipment maker, shipyards, repair companies and suppliers, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the fleet. You should be independently assist ship staff in troubleshooting technical issues, and work closely with regulatory bodies, Classification societies, local administration to ensure adherence to SOLAS, MARPOL & prevailing maritime laws and safety standards. Regular overseas trips to inspect ships will be required. Ability to handle occasional work pressure. Ensure assigned vessels are maintained according to Company procedures & International regulations (Class, Flag, USCG, AMSA & other MoUs).

• Ensuring statutory and Class surveys of vessels are carried out in a timely manner. Arrange all Technical repairs/calibration services, safety related Services as per the schedule.
• Work closely with ship staff to ensure that all safety, environmental, and quality procedures are followed and avoid downtime.
• Conduct regular vessel inspections & audits in line with SIRE/TMSA guidelines to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
• Conduct audits of assigned ships and conduct minimum one sailing visit/ship/year.
• Plan and coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry-dockings.
• Ensure company PMS is followed and updated and provide technical support to shipstaff as required.
• Monitor and improve the vessel performance, improve efficiency and CII ratings.
• Manage vessel budgets and control maintenance expenses.
• Monitor and review, weekly, monthly, qtrly reporting, etc, from the ships, & ensure that all records are filed in PMS/Share point/ company’s repository.
• Carry out Prepurchase inspection for the target assets and prepare for takeover of vessels.
• Attend and participate in seatrials of yard deliveries and ensure all the observations are closed out.
• Follow up Guarantee Claims of each assigned vessels with Shipyard/makers for successful closure.
• Participate in the projects assigned by the company.
• Guide and assist Technical Supdts, Technical executives and Purchasers.
• Monitor performances of ship staff & appraise Senior Officers / Engineers / Ratings as required.
• Monitoring KPIs of assigned individuals.
• Assist in Crew selection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Technical Superintendent in a Ship Management/Ship Owner company looking after oil/chem tankers, product tankers. Additional experience of Gas carriers is added preference.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as Chief Engineer on Product Tanker
• Able to prioritise workload and handle the ship operations independently.
• Experience in operating ME-C engine, Framo system, BWTS and EGCS.
• SIRE/ CDI inspections.
• Independently carry out the incident investigations.
• Drydocking (including special surveys) and retrofit.
• Proficient in English language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payment providers and advertisers to help them to deploy Meta products.
• Provide ongoing integration monitoring and technical support to payment partners/processors through a scaled ticketing system, while ensuring a high quality of service, troubleshooting partner’s technical issues in real-time, in cooperation with their engineering teams, and Facebook's internal technical teams, to resolve payment service issues

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer, Site Reliability engineer or similar.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or equivalent degree/experience.
• Technical understanding of online payment processing flows. (Merchants, Acquirer Banks, Issuers bank)
• Experience in working/troubleshooting with networking protocols (HTTPS, API, REST, VPN’s)
• Experience in one or more of the following languages: PHP, Python, Ruby, Objective-C/C++, Swift, Java, or C#
• Experience with system administration and scripting under Unix/Linux systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving approach and analytical skills
• Experience in communicating with technical and business audiences and writing technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the payment processing and/or banking industry
• Experience of local payment flows like Fed Now and subscription based payment is a plus
