Job Purpose

Technical Officer (TO) works in a team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of railway signaling and communications systems to improve its reliability. TO assists in the preparation of maintenance activities and is technically inclined and adept in handling electronics and computer-based systems and equipment for maintenance.

TO also supervises the works of contractors and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to operating requirements, quality standards and safety standards. Main Responsibilities

Application monitoring responsibilities

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring. Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
