• Liaise with Landlord on work permit application

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facility management or related fields is preferred.
• Diploma in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
• A hands-on person who has knowledge of basic handyman work (eg. changing of lightings, troubleshooting electrical appliances, putting up of festive decorations, housekeeping etc.) and enthusiasm to be on the ground.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support to our APAC users, ensuring their technology needs are met and their productivity is maintained.
