The Role

• Collaborate and assist the Product Manager in their assigned categories so as to achieve company’s financial goal and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performances measures for the company
• Co-ordinate and assist in implementing and executing all action plans to achieve category sales, profit and income goal and objectives
• Support Product Manager on all aspects of administration processes for new supplier partners and new product developments
• Ensure cost and price changes is reflected timely
• Ensure new article creation is created timely
• Support in the management of consignment related duties
• Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of promotions download, obtain sign off for press advertisement
• Support Product Managers with weekly promotion commitment and collations with Operations Team and supplier partners
• Coordination with respective suppliers on administrative updates
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for System maintenance
• Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations
• Any other adhoc duties as required

About You

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Preferably 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented

As Administrator, Facility Support you will be an integral member of the Administration team delivering service excellence to all visitors and callers to our Singapore facilities. As the face of our business, you will greet key clients, suppliers and NOV visitors, welcoming them to our site as well as being the main operator of the switchboard, screening calls and directing callers to their destination, taking messages where needed and informing internal customers of the missed call. You will provide critical administrative support to cross functional teams within NOV supporting various departments as and when required along with everyday tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook will be critical to this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of NOV.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reception duties:Telephone switchboard, directing, screening calls, taking and relaying messages in a timely manner.
  Provide timely responses to queries or request
  Greet visitors’ arrival at NOV Reception, provide information and safety induction and announce visitors to company employee
  Prepare and issue Door Access Control cards.
  Prepare welcome board for visitors
  Prepare slides/videos to be played in the screens within the facility
  Ensure knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedures for visitors and on-site staff - maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges; H&S induction and facility evacuation participation.
  Sort outward mail including DHL packages and incoming mail for distribution.
  Provide timely responses to queries or requests from customers, suppliers and public.
  Assist in facility maintenance when required
  Schedule meetings and maintain facility calendar
  
• Organise and arrange transport, lunches, accommodation as required for visitors and employees.
• Provide Executive support
• Provide remote facility support to other 2 facilities in Singapore
• Administrator for corporate mobile users, review monthly bill.
• Order and maintain stationery levels / pantry supplies for all departments within NOV.
• Filing of documents in Rigdocs.
• Purchase Requisition and PO receiving.
• Admin back up support and carry out any other relevant duties as assigned

Vwalla is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to represent us as our Sales Support Coordinator.This position is to replace an internal promotion, training will be provided

Job Responsibilities:

Handle sales enquires through online channels / email / phone / showroom walk-ins
Create and send quotations / invoices based on salespersons' and customer’s requirements
Monitor, track and follow up on inquiries, sales quotations and orders
Liaising with delivery / installation team to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliverables
Monitor, track and maintain warehouse stock levels
Prepare samples to send out to partners / clients
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Working Hours 10am-7pm, Wednesday to Sunday
Off on Monday, Tuesday and Public Holidays
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Experience in sales support role will be an advantage
Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
Good communication, administrative and organisational skills
Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player
