Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of LTA experience required
• Required Skill(s): Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
• Relevant experience in the design of Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure works
• Preferably with project site co-ordination experience
• Knowledge of engineering software and MS Office

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for the technical implementation of all projects assigned to you. You are the primary contact for the user on all technical matters, and you function as an intermediary between the user and the different departments within Skyline.

• Familiar with software programming
• Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of MySQL and Apache Cassandra is an asset

Job Description:

• Review all project drawings and specifications and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project.
• Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures and site instruction.
• Report to the supervising Qualified Persons any work that are not constructed according to the building approved plans, project drawings including shop drawings.
• Assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/nearby construction sites and report to the respective project consultants, supervising Qualified Persons and appointed project manager.
• Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
• Preparation and submission of daily progress report.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES
• Shall have a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course
• Possess relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position

The Technical Manager provides technical support and advice to customers and the service team in the region. They work closely with sales, service teams, and customers on training, troubleshooting, maintenance, warranty, and special projects. They proactively engage with customers on pre-sales and post-sales technical queries to assist the sales team in generating revenue. They serve as the primary contact for customers in technical and field service matters, working to resolve their problems. They coordinate closely with the General Manager-Service to efficiently manage service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support solutions during installation, repair, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
• Product Performance Assessment: Assess product/equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with technical superintendents, owners’ representatives, technical directors, and shipyard personnel.
• Service and Repair Advice: Recommend and advise customers on service and repair matters to support reliable and safe equipment operation.
• Vessel Support: Provide technical solutions to enable safe, continued operation of vessels.
• Technical Report Preparation: Prepare critical technical reports for service/warranty jobs and future submissions.
• Repair Shop Involvement: Participate in repair shop facility matters and maintain professional repair work.
• Outsourcing Management: Review, recommend, and manage outsourcing of repair jobs.
• Skill Development: Learn new skills to become self-sufficient and provide advice for routine repair and service tasks.
• Task Completion: Follow up to complete tasks assigned by the General Manager-Service.

1) To prepare inspection and test plans which are relevant for the supervision of the projects

2) To conduct quality control of all civil and structural, as well as, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping works.
