Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level system

integration and automation projects. This role focuses on managing log management

implementations, automation initiatives, and cloud integrations while working closely with

offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Technical Leadership

● Gather and clarify business requirements for automation and log management projects

● Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery

● Coordinate between offshore and internal development teams (based in Singapore,

Vietnam, India) and stakeholders from TCZ (Singapore) and TCI (Japan HQ)

● Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements

● Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain knowledge base

● Arrange and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations

Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• To ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, construction drawings, all other approved documents, site instructions, etc
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
• To ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the statutory requirements.
• To highlight any discrepancies, non-conformance, and irregularities to the Superintending Officer/Consultant/ Qualified Person.
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and perform quality control of the works including, but not limited to, construction works, defects rectification works, etc.
• To check on the quality of materials/samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer/Consultant/Qualified Person on any materials/samples that are not conforming to the project specifications.
• To assist in reviewing the contractor’s submissions including, but not limited to, Method of Statements, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, etc.
• To assist with site measurement of the works prior or post execution for verification.
• To check architectural works including mock-ups done on site when instructed by the Superintending Officer/Consultant/Qualified Person.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out according to project requirements.
• To assist in reviewing the as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.
• To monitor contractor’s daily activities, site progress, schedule, and ensure compliance with the project SHEQ requirements on site.
• To work closely with Resident Engineer and other Resident Site Supervisors (RSS).
• To attend meetings and site walks, highlighting foreseeable problems, and recommending possible solutions.
• To carry out administrative works and other duties as required by the Superintending Officer/Consultant/Qualified Person.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Superintending Officer/Consultant/Qualified Person from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of recognized Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) with valid certification.
• Preferably with experience in supervision of structural works of preferably local data centre/institution/industrial developments with strong knowledge of civil engineering works, bored piling, precast structures, post-tensioned structures, structural steelworks, reinforced concrete construction.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Proactive and good team player
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
• Working knowledge in BIM/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
