Job Summary

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall technical management of the tugboat assigned to him/her, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Our Client is seeking Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services, ensuring the seamless operation of key productivity tools, and delivering exceptional support to users. As a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer, you will work closely with both end-users and IT teams to resolve issues related to Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services, while ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Prem
• Resolve escalated service requests and incidents from the help desk or end-users related to Microsoft 365 application.
• Assist in the configuration and setup of Microsoft 365 environments, including creating and managing groups, security policies, and conditional access.
• Collaborate with local and regional IT teams and third-party vendors for troubleshooting, patch management, and issue resolution.

An ideal incumbent would possess:

• More than 2 years experience in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online
• Prior experience in Mimecast or Proofpoint
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support regional end-users
• Able to work well in a team environment
