Job Description

• To assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in his/her duties
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Assisting in the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions
• Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues
• Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;

Job Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
• Must have Knowledge with 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM

Responsible for maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution. The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, dynamic leader, excellent communicator, have demonstrable technical hand-on supporting CI/CD toolset coupled with excellent infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise. As part of a cross-functional product development group, candidate should be comfortable with working as part of highly talented teams ensuring that modern technology and process are utilized as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining the entire DevOps platform and toolset.
• Maintain the DevOps platform and toolset matching the enterprise standard.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders from requirements gathering until successful implementation DevOps pipeline on boarding.
• Work with the vendors to setup centralized DevOps solutions considering 2 of 3 market best practice, Industry standard and ease of support.
• Work with the vendors to upgrade the DevOps tools farm and Integrating with tools.
• Configuring SSL, Auto Scaling and DNS setup / Configurations for the DevOps Toolset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Stays current with industry trends and leads development of key DevOps, Runtime, and Operational innovation platforms.
• Manage a team of highly qualified team of DevOps Engineer.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computers Application / Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Build and deployment artifacts using Jenkins (CI) platform.
• Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD toolset (Groovy , shell script, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).
• Hands on End to end pipeline setup in Jenkins
• Prior working experience installing, configuring, integrating, upgrading and patching CI/CD toolset.
• Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces.
• Experience in setting up the Build servers (Mac OS and Linux).
• Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution and experience in setting up DevOps governance, Security standards and audit requirements.
• Prior experience in setting up DevOps pipeline for Java, Node JS and Mobile App technologies
• Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (Junit, Sonar Cube, Veracode etc.), exposure of automation accomplished with Ansible, Chef, Shell and Groovy scripting.
• A strong passion for infrastructure as code and associated automation and provisioning tools.
• Proven record of accomplishment of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Security concepts and what makes for a secure solution.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil and structural works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
