• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Your Role:

We're seeking an experienced Help Desk IT Support Engineer to join our Tenable APAC team in Singapore. You’ll provide onsite support at our office as well as remote assistance for the wider APAC region. Your main tasks will involve resolving technical issues, performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and backups, and ensuring smooth tech operations daily.

Your Opportunity:

• Provide Technical Support and answer queries from staff in person, over the phone, or through our ticketing system on all company-supported applications.
