The Support Engineer will provide (Level-2) technical support for business-critical infrastructure and applications The engineer will also act as the 2nd line of defence for Service Desk support for unknown issues requiring additional analysis and troubleshooting.

As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. You’ll work with Wise Platform enterprise partnerships and business payouts customers, Open Banking providers, and self-onboarded API users. Job Summary

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall technical management of the tugboat assigned to him/her, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves overseeing vessel maintenance, repairs, inspections, and managing the shipboard technical teams to ensure the tugboats are maintained to the highest standards. Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

1. Be part of a team responsible for the smooth, efficient and safe operation of all vessels assigned by Management
2. Assist Superintendent in overall administrative support in technical management of all vessels include coordinating, scheduling and management of vessel certificates both Flag/Class, trading, servicing and any related inspections.
3. Assist Superintendent in monitoring machinery running hours where machinery redundancy is available.
