· Handle system backups for the local sites, operating servers, and network equipment, and document the findings.
· Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity, server, and VOIP issues. Additionally, support in maintaining accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.
· Provide support for the Office Suite, Outlook email applications on desktops, and other company-endorsed desktop and mobile applications. Good experience in O365
· Resolve hardware and software issues pertaining to desktop and mobile devices.
· Provide support for production and office peripherals as required.
· Work closely with the Operational Technology (OT) teams to understand system requirements and integration points.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the convergence of IT and OT technologies.
· Manage incident and service tickets in ServiceNow.
· Manage critical incidents and handle escalations in a professional manner.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) while defining and implementing measures to optimize performance.
· Plan and implement IT rollout projects.
· Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes, Microsoft Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint.
