JOB SCOPE

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with minimum 5 years working experience.

Job Description

1. Data entry to SMS and LMS: entering, sorting, compiling, tabulating, and evaluating data

2. Academic document management: filing, scanning, and managing documents e.g. deliver schedules, results, surveys.

3. Handle and respond to email, telephone, and in-person academic-related queries

4. SMS:

· Backlog of in-house/EDP results

· Ongoing in-house/EDP module results

· Generate and monitor resit/re-module list

5. LMS:

· Setup module site for all in-house programmes

· Upload module learning materials

6. Swirl recording of the lectures (charge and set-up the instrument for the recordings) and monitor the quality and upload the lecture video content in LMS.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide secretariate and administrative support to Review workgroups and Clinical committees, including the provision of secretariat support which will includes curating agenda and take minutes of the meetings.
• Assist in the Programme Management and monitoring support with dashboard visualization reporting to build data analytics capability in evaluating program effectiveness. Track and report on program progress, including key performance indicators and outcomes to ensure successful program execution.
• Supports the coordination and integration of new and existing clinical programmes into integrated care plans and services and standardized care protocols, with the intention to evolve into mainstream bundled care plans/models across
• Collaborate and provide support for stakeholders in various Clinical Steering Committees’ and Workgroups in the development of strategic Population Health programmes roadmap so that integrative care work planning, prioritization and implementation timelines are enabled for success.
• Facilitate the ecosystem mapping to identify current services or gaps and support the framing, strategic planning, and resourcing of integrated care programmes in tandem with the respective Chairs of the clinical Steering Committees and Workgroups.
• Undertake any other tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
