Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries
• Promote centre course and provide course consultation to prospective parents and students
• Coordinating and facilitating classes
• Handle general administrative tasks pertaining to student and course registration matters
• Supervision of primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework, spelling, extra worksheets and conduct enrichment lessons
• Support student care programme during planned physical activities
• Responsible for new students enrollment daily.
• Follow up on sales enquiries with parents who enquire and collection of school fees
• Take attendance and assign classrooms to teachers and students

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O' Level or any related educational level

What Will You Do?

Job Description

As a Manager, Technical Solutions (Architect), you will be responsible for developing and managing technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects from inception to completion, developing pre-sales solutions by coordinating closely with the Commercial team and/or wider DC&N teams, and working with various investment stakeholders to assess feasibility of Pre-deals. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the job responsibilities are completed with a viable technical and budget proposals within time limits. You will coordinate with the Project Management team and provide Project Management inputs and considerations across your job responsibilities. You may be expected to travel for work to support your projects and customers when required.

• To be familiar with the design and construction of Data Centres, and working with knowledge of all technical disciplines, typical customer requirements and standard Basis of Design
• As the Architecture Specialist of DC&N Technical Solutions team, to be responsible for constant review and update to the Basis of Design, and develop Architecture Drawings, 3D models as needed for various Projects requirements.
• Execute the technical qualification, planning and development of technical solution for prospective deals as the Technical Solutions Head of Department shall direct. Manage and generate technical solution, project cost and planning structure for prospective deal engagements and investment approval.
• Provide project scheduling and construction process assessment for all technical solutions, pre-projects, pre-deals and pre-sales solution, and perform necessary organization and handover documentations to the Project team for delivery, and provide necessary support and follow up where required

Primary role purpose:

To deliver the day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational support needed to win, grow, and maintain business to the direct and indirect business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist customers with questions related to pricing, equipment, and subscriptions
• Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping of equipment
• Manages customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within our tooling 
• Create new customers accounts as part of the onboarding process
• Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across are different systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce and CMD
• Uphold and follow all governance and compliance processes though the order handling and customer life cycle
• Build sustainable relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, design intent, approved drawings and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants/clients
• Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore
• Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.
• Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
• Review project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or potential problems to the appointed Qualified Person and project consultants/clients
• Attend meeting with qualified persons and project consultants/clients
• Prepare progress reports for their clients.
• Other ad hoc duties as and when directed

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills):

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
• Ideally already accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by Institution of Engineering Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) or similar site-based role (e.g. Site Engineer) for Housing Development Board (HDB) / Land Transport Authority (LTA) construction projects

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic support to end-users and application teams for security tools, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors to acquire necessary updates, patches, and support for security tools.
• Assist in monitoring security tool alerts and notifications, escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT security tools, including antivirus software, EDR, microsegmentation, and other security solutions.
• Regularly reconcile security tools inventory with active licenses and installations to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate asset management.
• Generate reports on tool inventory, license status, and reconciliation results for management and compliance purposes.
• Maintain organized records of reconciliation activities, updates, and communications with vendors.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge in the following information security technologies & solutions is preferred: SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, EPP, EDR, Virtualization, Networking, Big Data
• Experience in IT Network / System Administration is a requirement
• Experience as a technical lead in large-scale projects involving multiple technologies as part of a turn-key solution

• Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

Reporting to the Manager, you will be supporting key administrative matters for the learners that would include credit transfers and exemptions, candidature, leave of absence, module registration, tuition fee/grants and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in credits transfer and exemptions, candidature, leave of absence, module registration, and tuition fee/grant-related matters.
• Assist in resolving appeal cases within required timeline.
• Manage related enquiries and communication with all internal and external stakeholders, including our overseas universities partners and learners
• Support in any other administrative matters and projects as assigned.
