• Plans, monitors, schedules, and implements measures on the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the company buildings and also ensures that the work is done in accordance with schedule and specification
• Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding improvement works and purchasing of equipment and spare parts
• Prepares weekly and monthly building reports
• Planning building maintenance and operational programs for the awarded IFM contracts
• Liaison with all stakeholders, attend to stakeholders’ feedback and ensure a smooth operation of facilities. Ensuring efficiency of all building systems
• Preparation of budget and budget controls
• Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met
• Familiar in administration and functioning of CMMS/FMS software for monitoring, reporting, data analysis and audit.

Requirements - Facilities Engineer

• Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification or Diploma holder in equivalent qualification with more than 5 years relevant experiences
• Preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance, Project Management.
• Able to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
• Technical and functional knowledge of building infrastructure including electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, and construction of critical facilities environment.
• Possess Project management skills
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to be a good team-player
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior cleaning of all motorized vehicles and ground support equipment after the servicing. This includes but not limited to washing of the exterior, wipe down of the interior, apply interior scent and vacuuming of the interior wherever applicable.
• “Waterless” onsite cleaning and apply scent in the vehicles that located at the airside and airline house with weekly schedule. Clean at least 60 vehicles onsite every week.
• Cleaning and washing of portable water tanks of water servicing trucks per Preventive Maintenance checklists which includes tank super chlorination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Working Hours: 7am to 5.18pm, Monday to Friday (Subjected to changes)

• Manning of tool store front counter
• Maintaining serviceability of tools
• Monitor and maintain consumables and expendables at counter (vending machine issuance monitoring and provisioning)
• Adhering to current processes in place while performing the required roles
• Identify defective or damaged tools and initiate reporting processes in timely manner

Job Requirements:

• 'N' Level / NITEC in logistic or equivalent with minimum 1 year related experience
• Basic Knowledge in MS Excel
• Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
• Must be able to perform shift work

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users on part withdraw or dispatch from store.
• To check incoming new spare parts to receiving store.
• Report to supervisor on the spare part issue.
• Work with store team and internal purchaser for any inquiry regarding spare parts status in the store.
• Send spare part withdrawal report to the department by requirement.
• Maintaining the store 5S, includes Stock take activities

Job Requirements:

• Min. Nitec and above with or without relevant experience
• Reliable and Positive work attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• General store documentation experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in logistic / Warehouse will be added advantage
• Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur), 8am to 5pm (Friday)
