Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for either mechanical / electrical / both mechanical & electrical assembly.
• Performs series of production activities including Mechanical / Sensor / optical and etc alignment.
• Perform testing and final check-out according to assembly procedures and quality specifications.
• Assist the Manufacturing Engineers in trouble shooting and improving on assembly efficiency to reduce cost.
• Carry out modification per instruction given.
• Prepare packing list.
• Perform in-process inspection.
• Assist and support site installation if required.
• Carry out good housekeeping and work safety instructions.
• Provide machine installation support and site issue support.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least a NITEC level qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read electro-mechanical drawings.
• Minimum 3 years experience in machine production / assembly environment.
• Preferably from Opto-mechanical skills-set in semiconductor / general automation background.
