Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Integration) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex iPaaS, Integration projects. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical professionals for IPaaS, Enterprise Service Bus, Host to Host, File and messaging transfer.

· Present technical solutions and project progress to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

· Oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

· Provide hands-on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation.

· Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

· Coordinate customers for migrating from old solution to new solution

Required Skills:

· Project experience implementing and designing IPaaS, Enterprise Service Bus, Host to Host, File and messaging transfer solution.

· Experience with middleware solution

· Experience in various SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

· Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification in Cloud

· Certification in Database

· Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.

· Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
