Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Therefore, you are expected to contribute by understanding the needs of our senior executives and business groups, support to collect, collate, analyse and disseminate relevant information the relevant business groups. The roles include but not limited to the followings:

• To support and coordinate for the activities of the CRO Office.
• Manage all the necessary documentations and provide administrative and logistics support for the CRO Office in the event of any internal and external business functions, as well as receiving VIPs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent.

• High proficiency in English language and Japanese language (JLPT Level N1 or ability to speak, read and write at business level) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with the head offices in Tokyo, as well as both local and expatriate staff in the branch offices and subsidiary companies.
• Skills to create and present materials both in Japanese and English to communicate effectively with counterparties.
• Attention to details, strong communicator, proactive interaction with the team and cross-department to enable smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks.
