Job Description
The company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Specialist; who will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market share in Singapore. This candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing a diverse range of fluid transfer products and single-use assemblies, delivering customized solutions that meet the highest standards in ultra-pure fluid transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
â—Ź Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize account penetration.
â—Ź Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt and effective handling of inquiries and technical support.
â—Ź Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing value propositions and technical specifications to potential customers.
â—Ź Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales and marketing team, engineering, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless order processing, project intake, and customer satisfaction.
â—Ź Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates in the company's CRM and ERP systems.
â—Ź Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Life Sciences industry.
â—Ź Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration are highly valued.
Qualifications:
â—Ź Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
â—Ź Proven track record of sales success, preferably within the Life Sciences industry, with 1-2 years of experience or more, particularly in sectors like biomedical, pharmaceutical, chemicals, water treatment, food and beverage, and biofuel.
â—Ź Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex product information.
â—Ź Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
â—Ź Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales excellence.
â—Ź Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
