• Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly on-site or remote diagnostic procedures at customer's site
• Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain daily operations of IT services on the installation, configuration and set-up of all new computerequipment
• Establish and maintain office network accessibillity and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/IT
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical service role
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve account service issues
• Possess IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware and network environments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and cutomer oriented
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and result oriented

Role under Contract For Service (CFS). 6 months agency contract.

Work 10 - 15 days a month.

Working hours : Mon- Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Description:

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of Production Support experience

Minimum Java development skills will be added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for banking applications and systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure uptime and availability of services.
• Handle incident tickets, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs.
• Work closely with L1 support to ensure a seamless escalation process for complex issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve recurring issues or system bugs.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

This position needs shift work, 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.
