Job Summary:

The Support Manager will lead the support team, ensuring efficient operation and support to customers. The role involves managing system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams. A minimum of 5 years of ERP support experience, SAP B1 preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the support team and ensure timely issue resolution

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 rotational application support, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Perform daily health checks, monitor production systems, and manage job scheduling to ensure SLAs are met.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting full-stack applications, preferably in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices environments.
• 3-5 years of working experience, ideally in the banking or anti-money laundering domain, with at least 1 year in a dedicated support role.
• Proven experience supporting production environments in Windows and Unix platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle databases, with the ability to write and debug SQL programs.
