• As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the software development life cycle and agile methodology from project initiation, requirements, application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review phases.

• The broad area of your role covers the following:

• Liaise extensively with external, internal clients and vendors;

• Lead design thinking sessions and requirements discussion with customers; conduct requirement analysis to ensure the implementation feasibility of functional specifications. Highlight requirement gaps, disproportional construction efforts, technical challenges and any other issues;

Requirements

Job Description

• Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Calypso Application Support Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on defining and implementing application monitoring solutions, providing Level 2 support for Calypso applications, and managing incidents and requests to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Calypso version 16, a solid understanding of financial assets and the trade lifecycle, and foundational skills in Java, PL/SQL, and Linux. Key Responsibilities

1. Application Monitoring:Define and implement application monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability.
   Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before they impact operations.
   
2. Level 2 Support:Provide Level 2 application support, handling complex issues that require in-depth analysis.
   Work closely with Level 1 support teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution.
   
3. Incident and Request Management:Analyze, manage, and resolve incidents and requests related to the Calypso application.
   Ensure root cause analysis is performed and documented for recurring issues.
   
4. Collaboration & Communication:Liaise with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and operations, to address technical challenges.
   Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding incident status and resolutions.
   

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise:Basic knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, and Linux environments.
  Hands-on experience with Calypso version 16 is required.
