In this position as a Technical Accountant, you will be working alongside with a team and report into a Manager. You will be required to support the administration of reinsurance accounts and contracts, from establishing and maintaining contractual data, processing the insurance and/or reinsurance account bookings, claims handling and managing the related cash flow. This role also supports the underwriters in administrative activities related to the underwriting process.

The ideal incumbent is expected to clarify discrepancies of accounts and claims with internal & external stakeholders and following standard procedures under guidance. You will be involved in managing of cash flow including setting-up of client bank accounts in the accounting system, processing of outgoing/incoming payments and follow up on pending payments and open balances. Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
