• Ensures that all application support logs are fit for purpose, ie meaningful and actionable;
• Actively seeks reduction of dependency on manual interventions by support staff, e.g leveraging enterprise
• batch scheduling and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Implement self-recovery and automated detection of incident leveraging on learnings from past incidents.

Maintenance and enhancements

• Participates to release cycles for functional validation on staging/preproduction and production environments.
• Review release and coordinate around deployment/post release checks.
• Communicates Release Notes.

Job Summary

Responsible for leading technical team and setting up and improving drafting standards for the company

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead project technical officer for ongoing and new projects
• Manage documentation, tendering, authority submission
• Manage construction phase drawing/BIM updates
• Manage project completion and closure - TOP, CSC, authority submission, site inspections, as-built
• Manage people and organisational functions
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with authority independently

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
• Knowledge in Regulatory Requirements
• Intermediate BIM modelling (Revit for authority submission)
• Knowledge in Technical Detailing
