Job Role Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ local (Singapore) experience as a C&S /Architectural RTO
• Possess a valid RTO Certificate
• Experience in HDB BTO projects
• Registered with IES/ACES
• Good Command of Autocad/IT knowledge
• Able to work independently and positive work attitude
• Ability to follow up tasks & meet dateline pressure
• Sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

· Conduct in-depth research to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across IT sector.

· Develop and implement IT strategies leveraging advanced statistical, econometric, and machine learning methods.

· Backtest and validate IT strategies using historical and real-time data, ensuring robustness and reliability.

· Work with development teams to design and prototype innovative IT solutions based on research findings.

· Contribute to the development of long-term IT strategies and innovation initiatives.

· Stay updated with the latest developments in the IT field and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements

· Master’s in IT, Science, Statistics, or a related field.

· Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.

· Familiarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., MySQL).

· Proven experience in IT research or a related field.

· Knowledge of machine learning is preferred.

· Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
