Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Superintendent/Manager in planning, overseeing, and controlling budgets related to fleet repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure vessels' certificates remain valid and systematically manage electronic documents in the system.
• Assist in the quotation and requisition process for services and stores as required.
• Aid in drafting technical specifications for ship dockings and maintenance projects.
• Analyze and track Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels and follow up as needed.
• Monitor and manage the collection of month-end reports from the fleet.
• Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Marine Engineering or a relevant field (candidates with maritime or engineering backgrounds are preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records etc.
