Skills & experience needed:

• Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience

Teaching Support for Students:

• Manage peer teaching support through Student-led Tutorial Groups and Peer Coaching for academically weak students.
• Oversee staff teaching support via the online Academic Mentoring Scheme, including mentor allocations and re-allocations.
• Provide academic support for Special Educational Needs students and at-risk students (e.g., Academic Warning, Probation, Termination, drops, Withdrawals).
• Handle logistics, training, venue bookings, and claims
• Review programme effectiveness, generate reports, and compile statistics each semester.
• Monitor allocated operating budgets and ensure adherence to SOPs and guidelines.

Alumni Cultivation and Activities:

• Manage the Alumni Association and alumni operations.
• Plan, organize, and provide logistical support for student and alumni activities/events.

General Departmental Support:

• Support departmental tasks and events
