• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act. Please refer to Annex A for more details on the list of responsibilities for RTOs.
• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the Client, PM, SO, SOR and QP to ensure that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
• To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and ensure that the site programme is in accordance with the approved construction programme.
