Perform a range of support tasks in the supply chain of business operations and logistics and provide assistance to team members.

Skillset

• Computer literacy: Data entry and typing, Sales/Ops Support Specialists need to have knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word files
• Customer service: should have strong professional etiquette and establish relationships
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and simply
• Problem-solving: Through critical, logical and creative thinking
• Ability to multi-task, operate under pressure and work as a team

Job responsibilities:

· Perform daily warehouse duties not limiting to Inbound (including break-bulk; re-packaging), Outbound (pick/pack), goods handling responsibilities

· Assist in basic stocktaking and inventory checks

· Maintain warehouse management system and general housekeeping duties

· Adhoc duties as advised by Supervisor

Requirements:

· GCE 'O' Level/ ITE or equivalent

· Familiar with inventory management & control procedure of indent, receipt, issue, storage & maintenance

· Emailing & Communications skills

· Candidates with relevant experience advantageous

· Meticulous and able to work within tight schedule

· Basic Excel knowledge
