This role seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst/Developer (not hands-on coding) to address ongoing client demands and lead projects for the Rates Options and Structured Rates business. The candidate will be tasked with implementing changes to the end-of-day risk system to accommodate new business requirements, working closely with project sponsors and various stakeholders, including Trading, Risk, and Product Control.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions tailored to meet the needs of the Structured Rates business, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Rates Options & Structured Products Trading, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Product Control.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate quant library and risk and pricing configuration into the risk generation platform.
• Assume responsibility for gathering requirements and delivering change, testing, and release following established team policies and processes.
• Provide support for ongoing client demand and Level 3 production support for the Structured Rates Trading business.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Financial / Banking experience, preferably within Investment Banking, demonstrating a solid understanding of derivative products and financial market risk, especially in fixed income and Structured Products.
• Experience working on risk management platforms, showcasing understanding of products, pricing, models, risk sensitivities, and scenarios.
• Familiarity with complex system integration and a comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle, particularly agile methodologies.
• Background in agile development with exposure to DevOps and development tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
• Degree in a technical, science, engineering, or mathematical discipline.

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey information to business stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.
• Experience delivering solutions and supporting Front Office and Risk Managers using vendor or in-house distributed risk management platforms.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset.

This position will support and work closely with local Distributors to maximize product initiatives within the region. Develop and execute regional activities such as congresses, rep trainings and MedEd initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical product training and support to distributor sales teams as well as to doctors, nurses and/or technicians on the use of Cook products.
• Support training sales reps and customers in regional meetings.
• Attend national and local meetings to support sales, procedural and product training.
• Support and assist in the creation of training materials.
• Identify opportunities to organize training, hands-on workshops, etc.
• Develop and cultivate working relationships with subject matter experts.
• Support clinical activities, test and research programs.
• Support new product prototype testing, perform field market analysis.
• Support new product launches and product presentations, tracking progress and growth.
• Co-ride with distributor sales teams to support indirect sales
• Identify customer opportunities for key products.
• Communicate regularly with DSM Lead/IBMs on targets and strategies to identify market and growth opportunities.
• Help DSM Lead/IBM to define detailed business plans for distributors, ensuring their needs are well defined, assessed and supported by the IMM and Division teams.
• Work with marketing, product managers and other project managers on achieving regional goals.
• Provide written reports to the DSM Lead/Manager, Indirect Business (SEA/IMM).
• Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product specific requirements are met.
• Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policy.
• Ensure that Cook's Code of Conduct is complied with in all business matters carried out on COOK’s behalf by both Cook employees and Distributors.

Requirements:

• Degree or above, major in medical science, business or other related discipline is preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Prior experience in outside medical sales or relevant clinical procedural experience preferred.
• Medical/clinical experience or knowledge of relevant clinical procedures preferred.
• Experience in providing training preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
• Knowledge both of Cook and competitive products preferred.
• Knowledge of the product range of the Division/Specialty and understanding of the associated medical discipline preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and weekends as needed up to 75%.
