Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.

This role focused on coordinating responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements.

1. Job Description
