Job Descriptions:

* Perform System deployment, implementation, testing and documentation, maintenance and optimization of Software Application.

* Develop technical specifications, design, coding, data security, implementation, integration, documentation and user guide for computer, server and cloud computing

* Provide technical support in daily operational administration and field support.

* Perform in-house proof of concept, research and testing

* Perform Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

* Perform Support & Engineering services

* Install, configure, troubleshoot and administration of cybersecurity / system infrastructure/ networking / Windows servers / Disk storage / Cloud Management.

Job Requirements:

* Programming experience in .Net, VB and C/C++.

* Experience in implementing Cloud computing, ASP.NET, Web Service and desktop applications

* Developed websites with PHP, HTML, Ajax, JSON and jQuery is a plus

* Skilled in enterprise technical architecture

* Well versed in Cloud Management, Server Management such as MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux

* Virtualization platforms such as VMware ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V

* Operating System Clustering such as Windows, Red Hat, Hardware load balancing

· Incident Servicing/Customer Support

· Respond to customer queries or issues in a timely and accurate way via phone or email.

· Ensure smooth closure of the incident within the stipulated timeframe according to the incident severity assigned.

· Analyse the available data and find the root cause of the problem or understand the query.

· Able to handle multiple incidents, ranging from simple to complex in terms of difficulty, from different customers simultaneously.

· Assist Team Lead in managing and updating customers for higher priority or critical incidents.

· Prepare Documentation

· Assist Team Lead to create reported issues or queries as incidents in the Product Support Portal.

· Assist Team Lead to review incident updates and documentations

· Contribute to Product Support/Product Development

· Consolidate customer complaints or product improvement requests from Product Support Engineers.

· Feedback to Team Lead on customer complaint(s) or product improvement(s).

· Suggest to Team Lead on process improvement(s).

Duration: 12-month agency contract

Salary: Up to S$3,750 per month + 1-month completion bonus upon successful completion of the contract

Location: Changi Airport (100% on-site)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle treasury-related administrative tasks, including opening and maintaining bank accounts and internet banking, requesting fixed deposit rates from banks, and preparing slides or email updates for cash portfolio management.
• Prepare reconciliations for carpark collections and refunds.
• Verify audited sales against reports, and follow up with customers to obtain missing reports.
• Manage various administrative duties such as uploading invoices for customers, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: O Levels, A Levels, or Diploma.
• Background in Accountancy, Business, or Finance is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
