Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technology / software sales or pre-sales consulting
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture (on-prem/cloud), database architecture and networking
• 7+ years in software and systems design and implementation, including development of mobile applications
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong portfolio of software systems, applications designed and developed of project delivery is preferred
• Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of EV systems, technologies, and processes, ensuring the technical excellence of our products and services. The Technical Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, production, and service departments, to support the integration of cutting-edge EV technologies and maintain the highest levels of product quality and performance.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and technical specialists involved in EV development and service.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles (EVs).

• Technical review on new project orders and order assignments to Technical Engineer & Drafter team.
