Your Impact

• Provide Tier-3 Technical Support to customers and partners across JAPAC
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers

Your Experience

Minimum (Must Have)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Support environment
• Expertise with Network Protocols and Technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
• Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required

Job Summary

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall technical management of the tugboat assigned to him/her, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves overseeing vessel maintenance, repairs, inspections, and managing the shipboard technical teams to ensure the tugboats are maintained to the highest standards. • To superintend all technical and safety matters concerning Company vessels and to implement the technical and safety policies of the Company on these vessels.
• Carrying out repair maintenance and servicing of vessels to the instructions of the Technical Manager.
