Primary Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor vessel schedules and onboard fuel oil (ROB) levels for daily operational needs.
• Conduct regular ship visits for inspections and maintain close liaison with the Master and crew.
• Assist Technical Superintendents with managing the Inventory Management System (IMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of supplies and consumption.
• Coordinate daily procurement activities, ensuring all purchases are made within the allocated budget.
• Source suppliers, issue RFQs, and negotiate the best prices, terms, and delivery times.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies to vessels.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and pricing data within the ERP software.
• Process invoices and follow up with accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure the competent and timely execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative tasks.
• Assist with other technical tasks as required, including filing and maintaining technical reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement or logistics role.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.

Contract period:

• 17 Mar 2025 to 16 Mar 2026

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 6.30 am to 12.30 pm (no lunch break)
• Service not required on Sat, Sun, and PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Running of errands

• Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.

2. Data entry

• Recording late coming of students.
• Recording loan of uniforms to students

3. Updating of daily staff absence data

• Record the daily student report sick data in the log books

4. Receiving and registering documents

• Receive and register documents in the front office.

5. Sorting and storing of files

• Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
• Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders

Requirement:

• Atleast GCE O Level
• Atleast 3 Yrs of School Experience as receptionist
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and manage an extensive international network of business partners and plan prospecting activities to help identify new business opportunities to drive client growth
• Draft company and client presentations, industry-relevant articles, and research reports
• Support client relationship management, including client due diligence and onboarding, documentation and reporting, and on-going support
• Research and analyse companies, individual securities, investment asset classes, industries, and market and economic trends, and prepare relevant reports
• Monitor the performance of existing and proposed investments and prepare or review periodic investor reports
• Participate in client portfolio construction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the finance industry, including business development and/or investment management
• Degree in business, finance, or a related field, with knowledge of fund management, investments, and finance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate client and product needs/issues
• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
• High sense of urgency and good time management to prioritize tasks
