• Collaborate closely with the Technology team to refine and improve the prompts used to interact with the generative AI model. This includes:

• Analyzing Gen AI responses to identify areas for prompt optimization, including clarity, specificity, and structure.
• Experimenting with different prompt formats, techniques, and parameters to achieve optimal performance for specific business tasks.
• Documenting prompt revisions and their impact on Gen AI output quality, providing valuable insights for future iterations.

Data and Model Management:

• Work with Technology teams to identify, prepare, and curate data sets suitable for training and validating generative AI models.
• Work with Data Chapter team to monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI solutions, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

RDU Gen AI Model Governance and Deck Preparation:

• Develop a strong understanding of the 14 stages of the RDU generative AI model governance framework.
• Assist with the preparation of comprehensive decks for RDU review and approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, writing or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the Generative AI technologies/ model.
• Able to define and articulate business needs and translate them into clear requirements for generative AI solutions.
