Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of petroleum products, refinery intermediate, process and effluent water
• Conduct sampling and testing of gases and LPG streams
• Perform QC/QA work including calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Perform stock-taking and reordering of chemicals and consumables

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science & Technology / Engineering or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical & Life Science

1. Design and Drafting:

- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering drawings and plans.

- Assist in the design process for various projects, such as buildings, machinery, or electronic systems.

2. Testing and Quality Control:

- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of products or systems.

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet industry standards and specifications.

3. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to engineers or other team members in the development and implementation of projects.

- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems that may arise during the design or manufacturing process.

4. Maintenance and Repair:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment or systems to ensure proper functionality.

- Diagnose and address issues with machinery or electronic systems.

5. Project Management:

- Assist in project management tasks, such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure project goals are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

6. Installation and Commissioning:

- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.

- Ensure that installations meet safety and performance standards.

7. Documentation:

- Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and specifications.

- Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and project progress.

8. Research and Development:

- Contribute to research and development efforts by staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new technologies into

Job Scope:

• Performing and supervising installation independently
• Installation and commissioning for Marine Equipment such as Tank level gauging, remote control valve system and lifting equipment and Elevator
