Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated NDT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform calibrations, non-destructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to approved procedures. You will work closely with a team of NDT Specialists to ensure high-quality results. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, standardize, and perform system checks for non-destructive testing methods.
• Perform specific testing codes, standards, and other contractual documents applicable to the methods utilized.
• Interpret and evaluate results for acceptance or rejection, and document findings.
• Collaborate actively with the Planner and participate in team activities.
• Observe all applicable safety requirements and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Carry out other assigned duties as directed by the NDT Level 3 and the Quality Manager.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift and maneuver heavy components/parts.
• Must pass a vision acuity examination with or without corrective lenses and meet vision requirements for color blindness.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Willing to work overtime when requested or due to urgency.

Job Designation: AV Technician

Accountability: Manager (MHK)

Working Days & Hours: 44 hours per week / Shift roster

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the setting up of audio and visual equipment at outlets within SRC and directing in all maintenance activities and implementing Preventive Maintenance on all audio and visual equipment (microphones and sound speakers to video screens and projectors) and other maintenance projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up of equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing.

2. Operate audio visual equipment during meetings, including sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting

3. Operate Audio/Lighting/Visual/VMix Consoles if required within all F&B outlets

4. Ensure all equipment is safely stored and manage inventory effectively.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support to resolve any equipment malfunctions or user problems promptly

6. Adhere to mechanical specification and operational manuals to ensure accuracy, current and applicable to Club’s equipment.

7. Ensure that all furniture and equipment, and service-ware are accounted for, properly handled, regularly serviced and maintained to reduce excessive wear and tear.

8. To assist in fire-fighting procedures and in emergency situation.

9. Ensure safety and compliance in AV storage area

10. Coordinate with Operations Team and contractor to repair the system if required

11. To carry out routine checks on AV and VC systems and equipment to ensure they are in working condition

12. Attend to requests/ queries, feedback and complaints pertaining to AV and VC systems and equipment, and provide professional advice on their technical requirements

Job Scope for Electrical Technician

Position Overview:

An Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in various settings. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring diagrams, safety protocols, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring & lighting
• Knowledge to troubleshoot, circuit breakers, fuses, and electrical panels.
• Perform inspections of electrical systems and components and rectification work
• Follow strict safety procedures and protocols.
• Practise lockout/tagout procedures to safely isolate electrical power.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical technology preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail services including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services
• Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
