o Assist Maintenance Chief to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives;

o Obtain quotes from suppliers and internet purchases for comparison to achieve the most cost effective solutions while maintaining quality standards;

o Provide weekly updates on the status of ongoing maintenance tasks, servicing issues, and outstanding parts orders.

Requirements :

o Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, preferably in a beverage manufacturing environment;

o Diploma, NITEC, NTC-2, or ITC in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering;

o Competent in Microsoft Office preferred - outlook, excel, word, and CAD;

o Knowledge of industrial machinery, including packaging equipment, conveyor system, boiler, chiller, compressor and cooling tower etc;

o Familiarity with Electrical motors (AC/DC), Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Valves and actuators, Pumps, Gearboxes and transmission systems, Sensor technologies (e.g., temperature, pressure, level, flow), Boiler and chiller systems, Water treatment systems, Packaging machinery and Material handling equipment.
