We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support our mobile retail operations. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems, including mobile devices, network hardware, and customer-facing technology. This role is essential to ensuring seamless connectivity and excellent customer service in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Installation: Set up and configure telecommunications equipment, including mobile devices, routers, modems, and other network hardware.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with telecommunications systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Customer Support: Assist retail staff and customers with technical inquiries and provide training on device or system functionality as needed.
• Upgrades & Repairs: Perform software updates, hardware replacements, and general maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Network Optimization: Ensure efficient operation of network connections, including Wi-Fi and LTE/5G, within the retail environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding telecommunications and data security.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Prefer if have Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in telecommunications or IT support roles (3-5 years preferred).
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of mobile device operations, network configurations, and telecommunications systems.
  Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software issues.
