ACCOUNTABILITY

You are responsible for ensuring that routine maintenance is performed in order for the Hotels equipment to be operated with maximum efficiency to achieve customer and guest satisfaction. This is done under the general direction of the Assistant Chief Engineer/ Shift Leader, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and hotel’s policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with related NTC certificates. Able to speak and write English with fairly good interpersonal and communication skills. Independent worker as well as a good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

EV System Diagnosis and Repair: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage components, battery management systems, power electronics, and charging systems.

Software Updates and Calibration: Perform software updates, recalibrations, and programming of EV systems using manufacturer-approved tools and software.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, parts used, and service performed.
Generate comprehensive reports on vehicle condition, repairs, and recommended maintenance.

Requirement:

Job Description:

• To ensure all equipments functioning satisfactorily and safely.
• To maintain repairs for all electrical systems.
• To inspect and maintain all air-conditioning/ventilation equipments.
• To inspect and maintain the plumbing/sanitary systems.
• To perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans & PR only.
• Possess at least NTC 3, NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.
• At least 1-2 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
• Able to work on 6 days, 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Description:

To perform preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment to ensure equipment can function/operate properly and operate safely.

Requirements:

1. Carry out preventive maintenance works in accordance to the schedule.

2. Carry out corrective maintenance works as when required.

3. Observe safety work procedures.

4. Ensure that tools provided are properly kept and used.

5. Observe proper behavior while working.

6. Perform standby works when required.

7. Follow-up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required.

8. Report to the superior on all matters relating to the section.

9. Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.

10. To keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports.

11. Attend to the building or equipment inspection as required, by law (BCA, FSB).

12. Assist in conducting and investigation of damages/ accidents to equipment or personnel.

13. Follow-up on QA defects.

14. Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.

15. Perform maintenance work under supervision.

Working hours: Alternate 5/6 days work week, 3 shifts

Location: Fort Canning Road

Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day functions and operations of the maintenance department. Maintain the Property facilities in optimum operating condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work for the building and equipment.
• Provide AV support to events.
• Provide equipment installation, refurbishment.
• Maintain equipment checklist and recording of routine checks.
• Coordinate work order with other departments.
• Attend to emergency, fire alarm, flooding and electrical failure.
• Inspect and/or supervise on M&E contractors’ repair work and servicing.
• Compliance with safety rules and regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical.
• Min two years relevant experience with hotel/apartment/condominiums experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Sound working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, fire protection, chiller and etc.
• Able to work on 3 rotating shifts.
• A team player with good working attitude.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Good problem-solving skill.
