• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level positions.

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including ACMV , plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

1) Singapore class 3 driving license and able to safely operate any light commercial vehicle.
