Responsibilities:

• Implement flow down of Approved Technical Data in compliance of P&W Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW).
• Integrate different elements of RPSW and lead discussion with Pratt on changes/ improvement to RPSW for processes owned
• Drive and implement the cost reduction projects initiatives, assist in developing products and new repair methods.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technically coach/ mentor/ lead group of engineer(s) in processes owned
• Develop, review, improve and implement Work Instructions (Standard Work).
• Aid operation cells on timely technical resolution.
• Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to reduce cost, improve quality and cycle time.
• Lead method optimizations, equipment refreshment and technology improvement projects
• Support quality escape incident and customer warranty investigation (perform RRCA, DAISE).
• Support operation cells in mitigating EHS risks and identify improvement projects.
• Implement Process Control and Certification (ProCert) of products and maintaining currency.
• Support cost reduction, process efficiency and material usage reduction initiatives.
• Perform responsibilities in compliance with EH&S Policy, RTX Code of Conduct and Global Trade Compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Material Science Engineering is preferred) or equivalent.
• Knowledge various repair processes like plasma spray, diffusion coating and brazing is preferred.
• Knowledge in aero component repair processes will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player with good communication and social skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).

• He will be responsible to carry out field duties according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Operation Supervisor’s instructions.
• Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.

In this role, you will provide support to the Engineer / Plant Manager and work together with the Operations team to achieve operational excellence in a wastewater treatment facility and related infrastructure within a client site.

Job Description:

• To have good knowledge of wastewater treatment including pre-treatment, biological treatment, sludge separation and related applications in a wastewater treatment plant.
• Develop, maintain and optimise all process documents including SOP, RA, training material, etc.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot any equipment or process problems that affect the operation target of the Plant.
• Support environmental compliance by monitoring all the plant inlet, operating and effluent data to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
• Perform operational duties in the plant in accordance with SOP’s and training including assisting with water sampling and analysis, loading, dosing, unloading and maintenance as required.
• Assist in studying processing schedules, engineering recommendations, and lab analysis results to determine sound changes in process unit control in order to achieve target throughput.
• Provide proactive support to the Engineer or Plant Manager to ensure the wastewater plant is operating to maintain safety, environmental, and operational priorities at the optimum production level.
• Perform calculations for determining process parameters, mass balance and material balances.
• Support any other site activities as delegated by the Engineer or Plant Manager.
